9. Out of Stock Refund

In most cases, goods are purchased in Costco, Superstore and Walmart, etc. If the goods are out of stock, our customer service department will notify you by email or WeChat, and refund the payment and shipping costs for the goods.

For customers who paid via WeChat or Alipay, it will be refunded within 48 hours.

For guests who pay by credit card, once a refund has been submitted, the issuing bank will post it to your account within 3-5 business days.
